Return policy

You can cancel your order for any reason up to 30 days from the date of the Delivery Confirmation, notifying us of your decision to cancel using the following contact information: calling our number +34 91 813 51 66, or through the online contact Form on our website. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you have sent your communication about your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you are charged for an item, we will process a refund, which will include the cost of standard delivery to the original delivery address. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy in our Purchasing Guide for more information. You have no right to cancel the Contract when it comes to the delivery of any of the following three categories of "Excluded Items":

When you receive the items, you can handle them to establish their nature, characteristics and operation. Acceptable handling of items is what would be reasonably allowed in a store. Items must not have been damaged, stained, washed, altered or worn (except to test the item) and any label or tag must be intact. If your handling goes beyond what is acceptable and the items are damaged or decrease their value, we can deduct from the amount that we will reimburse you, or you can be responsible to us, an amount equal to the diminished value of the items. Return items using or including all original packaging, instructions and other documents, if applicable, that accompany the items.


You can make returns at our facilities and deliver along with the article the electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which is also saved in your account on the website. You can present the electronic ticket showing it in digital form through the screen of your mobile device or carrying it printed. This form of return will not imply an additional cost for you.

You can also contact us through our contact form or return the product directly to the address mentioned above, in which case you must deliver along with the article the printed electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which is also kept in your website account Please return the product as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.

You must send the item in the same package that you received it, include a hard copy of the electronic receipt and follow the instructions in the "Returns" section of this website. Please note that if you wish to return the items with freight collect / cash on delivery, we may charge the costs incurred in such return.

Please note that you cannot use this return method for items that were paid at a cash register.

After examining the items, we will inform you if you are entitled to reimbursement of the amounts paid. Shipping costs will be reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all items in which the corresponding package consisted are returned. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 14 days from the date you notified us of your intention to cancel. Despite this, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, or until you have provided sufficient evidence to have returned the items, whichever comes first. The refund will always be paid using the same payment you used to pay for your purchase. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items, as indicated above. Returns of defective items

If the item you received is defective, notify us by calling +34 91 813 51 66 or using the contact form on our website, including photographs of the product being returned. Once examined we will send you an email with the instructions for your return. In the email you must provide us with an order number or invoice, or a copy of the document attached to the delivery confirmation. We will examine the item and, if we consider it defective, we will provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs, and the refund will be paid using the same payment method you originally used to pay for your purchase. These provisions do not limit the applicable legal rights.
